Wonderful and fairly clean place

Courteous and really kind staff at reception desk. Unbeatable location in the old town with views of the cathedral.Right by the cathedral and good restaurants in the old part of town. Wonderful fairly clean property, it has courteous and really kind staff at the reception desk. The location of the venue is marvellous and unbeatable, next to a great coffee and pastry cafe with delicious chocolate cake as well as the cathedral and good restaurants.

The room was modern, clean, and included extra comforts like glassware and tea bags, in addition to its convenient central location near Museo Eugenio Granell.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. Its right next to the cathedral os zant James. It is clean and the people are nice.

Have stayed many times in this Hotel and the location and comfort always brings me back.

The location is perfect as the hotel is really central, but stil very calm and there is parking nearby

spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated - exposed stone walls, wooden beams, polished wooden floors, very good quality old furniture, superb location on one of Santiago's most beautiful streets, literally 1 minute walk from the cathedral. Free internet on the top floor.

The staff at reception were extremely unwelcoming, unfriendly and surly. They did not say hello whenever I came in and did not even look up from whatever they were doing as guests came in and out. However I didn't care about that. Reception is on the first floor up a flight of stone steps and there is no elevator: this may be a problem for some people, though it didn't bother me. The fact that there is no restaurant is not a problem as there are thousands of cafes within walking distance, including a good one right at the bottom of the stairs.

The location is perfect for exploring Santiago de Compostela, just a short walk from the cathedral and many excellent restaurants in the historic district. The hotel is situated on a lively pedestrian street near the Cathedral.

The hotel is in a beautiful 18th century building, tastefully remodeled with excellent bathroom facilities and retaining period details such as wooden beams. It is located in the old city of Santiago only a block from the cathedral.

The constant parade of noisy pilgrims outside till late at night--not the hotel´s fault, of course.

The central location was excellent and the rooms were thoroughly cleaned. Air conditioning and double glasing in the rooms added to comfort.

Reception staff seemed preoccupied most of the time.

We liked being here. the hotel was clean and had superbly friendly and fairly friendly staff at the reception desk. the place had a charming atmosphere. Asked for guest room and it was extremely pleasant and large with great views. A shower and hair dryers was a plus.
